A true Latin lover knows that music is a key element when trying to charm that special someone -- which is why Pantelion Films tapped artists such as Carla Morrison, Gaby Moreno and Jungle Fire to re-create classics tracks for the epic soundtrack to the new film How to Be a Latin Lover.
Starring Eugenio Derbez and Salma Hayek, the movie's score will include Grammy-nominated artists Morrison and Moreno's renditions of iconic songs such as The Velvet Underground's "Pale Blue Eyes" and Blondie's "Call Me."
"It was a great challenge to remake such an iconic song like 'Pale Blue Eyes.' It helped watching the scene beforehand to get in the mind frame of attempting to record the song in Spanish," Morrison tells . "I hope people love the song as we (also my producer Alejandro Jiménez) had so much fun working in a different way and at the same time honor the original version. I can't wait for people to see/hear it on the big screen with big sound! I'm nervous but so excited."
